Yoga for Women’s Health and Wellbeing
Ali has completed 200 hours of training in Yoni Shakti (Yoga Therapy for Well Women) with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli. This approach to yoga is restful and nurturing, inviting participants to be fully embodied and pay attention to what their bodies need (in other words if you want to lay down for the whole class then this is absolutely encouraged!!). Each class includes deep relaxation and nurturing movement to support menstrual health, fertility, and the journey through peri-menopause and beyond. Ali teaches a regular weekly class on a Monday evening in Slaithwaite, and has a new class starting in Marsden on a Monday morning from November 2023. If you are interested in attending then please contact us, or see the Classes & Workshops page for more details, booking is essential as spaces are limited.
If group classes aren’t for you then 1:1 yoga sessions are also available, please contact us for more information.

Wise Minded Wellbeing is able to offer yoga classes within education and childcare settings. This may be as a regular feature on your timetable (such as weekly or monthly class) or maybe as a one off, such as for a wellbeing day. Sessions are a fun and interactive combination of games, yoga postures and sequences, and of course a relaxation at the end. If you are interested in bringing yoga into your setting, then please contact us.
