When COVID restrictions ease again on 17th May 2021, Ali will be resuming her regular weekly class on a Monday evening in Slaithwaite. If you are interested in attending then please contact us, or see the Classes & Workshops page for more details, as booking is essential to ensure the classes are run according to COVID safe guidelines. The plan is that over the next few months more general yoga classes will be added to the timetable, alongside some regular workshops.

Wise Minded Wellbeing is able to offer yoga classes within education and childcare settings. This may be as a regular feature on your timetable (such as weekly or monthly class) or maybe as a one off, such as for a wellbeing day. Sessions are a fun and interactive combination of games, yoga postures and sequences, and of course a relaxation at the end. When COVID restrictions ease again Ali will be resuming a regular weekly children’s class on a Thursday after school, at Om Is Where The Heart Is in Slaithwaite. This class will begin after the half term break, on 10th June and will start at 4:30pm. This class will be suitable for children aged 9-13 years.
