“We love Wise minded Kids’ yoga sessions… Ali is an experienced, knowledgeable and calming teacher who can really engage with the children. The use of music, stories and props, likes scarves, feathers and pom poms really enhances the sessions and keeps the children’s attention. My son has Down Syndrome and I find the sessions fully inclusive, he loves them and likes to sit in front of Ali and copy her moves – or just crawl about with a scarf on his head! I feel that the yoga sessions really help to improve Gabriel’s concentration, balance and coordination.”
