There are a lot of exciting changes going on at the moment. The most exciting being that Wise Minded Wellbeing is now a Community Interest Company. The hope is that will allow us to work collaboratively with the community, as well as public and third sector organisations, to improve mental health and wellbeing. Along with this the company has had a re-brand (we hope you like it as much as we do!) and are working to gradually update the website. The pages of the website will gradually be uploaded as they are update, so please take a look at what we’ve done so far. In the meantime if you can’t find the information you are looking for, or have any questions or comments, please get in touch via email – firstname.lastname@example.org, or you can check our Facebook page for updates.

“By far the best yoga class I’ve ever been too…could just do with it every other day.”
– Sophie Jagatia, class attendee
” Mia has extreme anxiety and really struggles to manage it. After attending Wise Minded Kids with HDSSG I was really impressed with how she took to it, so arranged for her to attend the open day. I messaged Ali who was helpful and reassuring and Mia went along and enjoyed it again. She really responds to it and it calms her for the day. Looking forward to the next session would recommend to anybody.”
– Nicola Scott, parent
“We love Wise minded Kids’ yoga sessions… Ali is an experienced, knowledgeable and calming teacher who can really engage with the children. The use of music, stories and props, likes scarves, feathers and pom poms really enhances the sessions and keeps the children’s attention. My son has Down Syndrome and I find the sessions fully inclusive, he loves them and likes to sit in front of Ali and copy her moves – or just crawl about with a scarf on his head! I feel that the yoga sessions really help to improve Gabriel’s concentration, balance and coordination.”
