I am launching a new family mindfulness workshop, running 9:30-11:30.  This will be aimed at school aged children (5yrs +) and their parents/carers.  I have lots of fun ideas for introducing mindfulness to kids, and the plan is to run the workshops alternate months.

The session on 12th Feb is now fully booked, but the next workshop will be on Sunday 2nd April.
