I initially began Wise Minded back in 2013, after completing my Mindfulness Teacher Training Retreat.  At this point I was offering monthly mindfulness workshops to a group of lovely parents.  I took a break from this while life got turned upside down by becoming a parent myself!

In the meantime I trained as a children’s yoga and mindfulness teacher, and Wise Minded Kids was born!

Given my background as a Clinical Psychologist I am passionate about the benefits of yoga & mindfulness for developing emotional resilience and mental wellbeing.  Through developing the business as a social enterprise I hope to be able to support people of all ages to nurture resilience and wellbeing through yoga and mindfulness.
