Coming up in the New Year:
In the new year I am planning some family mindfulness sessions, that will be aimed at school aged children and their parents/carers. I have lots of fun ideas for introducing mindfulness to kids, and the plan will be for the workshops to run alternate months.
Some interesting recent stories from the world of yoga and mindfulness…
This news article from the BBC, talks about a new initiative in Northern Ireland to help teach primary school kids how to deal with stress. It’s great that the need has been identified and is being addressed, but I can’t help feel sad that the need is there in the first place.
