I qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher (200 hr) in June 2018.
Dru is a fantastic form of yoga. It’s foundations are firmly set in the ancient yogic tradition, with an emphasis on flowing movement. Dru yoga can help increase energy levels, ease back pain, and wash away stresses of modern life. It’s designed to be practised by people of all abilities, fitness levels and age groups, it is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime.
