Testimonials…

“By far the best yoga class I’ve ever been too…could just do with it every other day.”

– Sophie Jagatia, class attendee

” Mia has extreme anxiety and really struggles to manage it.  After attending Wise Minded Kids with HDSSG I was really impressed with how she took to it, so arranged for her to attend the open day.  I messaged Ali who was helpful and reassuring and Mia went along and enjoyed it again.  She really responds to it and it calms her for the day.  Looking forward to the next session would recommend to anybody.”

– Nicola Scott, parent

“We love Wise minded Kids’ yoga sessions… Ali is an experienced, knowledgeable and calming teacher who can really engage with the children.  The use of music, stories and props, likes scarves, feathers and pom poms really enhances the sessions and keeps the children’s attention.  My son has Down Syndrome and I find the sessions fully inclusive, he loves them and likes to sit in front of Ali and copy her moves – or just crawl about with a scarf on his head! I feel that the yoga sessions really help to improve Gabriel’s concentration, balance and coordination.”
